GSE Nation:

How Bailouts and Nationalization Change the US Banking Model

Date: Thursday November 20, 2008

Location: JP Morgan Chase 270 Park Avenue, 3rd Floor Auditorium

Time: Registration & Cocktails 5:30 PM – Program Start 6:00 PM

Please join us for an interesting discussion on the future state of US banking. Chris Whalen, Managing Director and co-founder of Institutional Risk Analytics will explore the implications of the US Government's extension of liquidity to the US banking sector either via secured financing or by taking an ownership interest. How will this change regulatory oversight and how, in turn, will this regulatory oversight change the way we do business and assess risks? What will emerge as the new banking model when the dust settles?

The Speaker For This Program Is:

Christopher Whalen, Managing Director and Co-Founder, Institutional Risk Analytics
